I am a long-time Realtor who has lived in
several MetroWest towns. I grew up in Wayland. Large family, seven children (one set of twins) in all, with a stay-at-home mom and Dad a Supervisor for New
England Telephone CO. I was educated in the Wayland schools and went on to
Nursing school in Cambridge MA. I am married to Richard Holmes, a local well-known contractor who has been in the business at least 35 years. He is my rock
and also helps many of my clients with projects related to their homes.

I have three children, four stepchildren, and
ten Grandchildren! Our Family reunions are huge, Loud and FUN!

I began my Real Estate career in the 1980'S
boom! I found the challenge of assisting buyers and sellers to meet their goals
of housing an exciting career, and I have enjoyed every minute of it for all these
years!

Your dreams to sell or buy are my only
concern. I pledge to work for your best interests always and make myself
available to achieve your goals. These sales can be smooth or hit with
pitfalls! I like to be proactive and try to make smooth sailing as quickly as I

A little bit more about me. Besides being a
full-time Realtor,

I am a local Marlborough Landlord. I own two
family homes and also provide services for renters and Landlords alike.

The rental market is tough, as we NEVER have
enough properties available. Looking to have the match between the tenant and landlord
takes experience.

I love Cape Cod, and I have a family home on
Kingsbury Beach, Eastham, MA, on the lower cape. When on vacation, I can be found
down there or traveling in our RV up and down the East Coast. These brief
escapes recharge me and make me a better Realtor, which really is a 24/7
job.

My Passion again is helping folks with one of
the most stressful and exciting times of their lives, buying or selling a home!
My calm personality helps tackle every aspect of the transaction and make it
